Cyclists Inciting Change through Live Exchange (C.I.C.L.E.), is a non-profit bicycle advocacy group whose latest endeavor, The Bicycle Lifestyle Guide, has been popularly received by the bicycle community and all those in favor of sustainable transportation. C.I.C.L.E has advocated the bicycle as a viable means of transportation through positive messaging by focusing on all the benefits of riding a bicycle vs. in their words "...making people feel like schmuks for driving." The Bicycle Lifestyle Guide is another feel good piece, with 30 pages of vibrant color illustrations, positive messaging, along with practical real world advice.

For someone who's looking to add a little bit more green to their diet, the Bicycle Lifestyle Guide is perfect to do so. The Bicycle Lifestyle Guide advocates replacing 40% of automobile trips that are made within two miles or less with a bicycle. The Bicycle Lifestyle Guide also provides tips on gear that meets the needs of different bicyclists. Like all things sustainable, C.I.C.L.E has made the Bicycle Lifestyle Guide available online for free here.

C.I.C.L.E. also hosts different workshops covering bicycle safety, education, as well as kick starting your bicycle lifestyle.
