So, as I crossed Crenshaw/ Wilsh
I came upon a large, well maintained Cathedral: Wilshire United Methodist: where, undoubtedly, the Crenshaw meeting will be held… Not the one in Westwood.

2006: Franklin Avenue (the blog) organized the first annual Great LA Walk down Wilshire Boulevard

This is reminiscent of the First Great LA Walk, organized by the blog Franklin Avenue in 2006:
